Is there anything quite like booking a trip to the happiest place on earth? And then another. And another.

The thing that I enjoy the most about traveling to Disney World above all is that my wife (who would live inside of the park if that was possible) enjoys it for entirely different reasons than I do. Ironically, her two favorite parks are my least two favorite parks. I have always been an Epcot above all type of person, enjoying the World Showcase and everything that it has to offer. I have never left the country (aside from a brief stop in Canada when I was 10 years old) so it is interesting to see the booths and different cultures that exist around the world. I truthfully have no idea if they are authentic or just Disney-ed versions of what those countries are actually like, but when I am there, I do not really care.

Animal Kingdom, which tends to be the least popular park (at least to my wife) is second on my list. I love the animals, the safari and the vibe. I like Avatar and love the movies Bug Life (I know, I know) and Dinosaur (No comments needed). Growing up, my brother who passed away was a huge fan of Dinosaur, and it is core memory of mine watching that with him. Even if they are gone now, I am sure it will remain firmly in my top 2 (at number 2).

If you asked Paige what her favorite parks were, they would surely be Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom. It is not that I staunchly dislike these parks, but I can honestly live without them. I get what she enjoys about them, especially since Magic Kingdom is what comes to mind when most people envision Disney World. Hollywood Studios (or when my parents took me MGM) is fun, and I like some of the rides like Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. I imagine if I was more of a Star Wars person, it would mean more to me.
